Our company has been dedicated to the development and application of Pressure
Swing Adsorption (VPSA) air separation oxygen production technology since 1994,
and achieved industrialization in May 1995 with the completion of the VPSA
oxygen production unit. Our oxygen production equipment boasts superior
performance, low production costs, and zero environmental pollution. We possess
independent and proprietary technologies, and are a manufacturer of proprietary
LIX lithium-based oxygen adsorbents and large-diameter programmable valves.

Unit scale:

Single unit oxygen enrichment output: 100–15000 NM3/h;

oxygen enrichment concentration: 27%–95%;

oxygen pressure: 10–40 kPa.G;

unit noise: ≤85 dB(A) within 1 meter of the unit boundary.

Vacuum pressure swing adsorption air separation for oxygen production
(VPSA-O2)

Application Scope

(1) Ferrous smelting in the metallurgical industry, such as steelmaking,
ironmaking, and oxygen-enriched combustion;

(2) Oxygen enrichment in the glass industry can be used for high-temperature
smelting to reduce the emission of dust and nitrogen oxides;

(3) In the chemical industry, fertilizer plants produce oxygen-enriched gas
and chemical synthesis raw materials, etc.

(4) Pulp bleaching and waste liquid oxidation treatment in the papermaking
industry;

(5) High-temperature combustion and reduction of secondary pollution in urban
waste incineration;

(6) Various industrial kilns can save energy and reduce exhaust emissions in
terms of combustion assistance;

(7) Wastewater treatment and sludge oxygen enrichment aeration in the
environmental protection field;

(8) Electronics, healthcare, food packaging, aquaculture, etc.;

(9) Production of hydrogen peroxide, etc.;

Technical advantages and technical features

(1) The VPSA-O2 oxygen generator starts up quickly (≤30min);

(2) New type of LIX lithium-based oxygen-generating adsorbent: Under low
pressure conditions, the N2/O2 separation coefficient is higher, the nitrogen
adsorption capacity is larger, and the strength is higher. LIX oxygen-generating
adsorbent has advanced performance, requires less dosage, and has a long service
life; this adsorbent is independently developed and produced by Chengdu Huaxi
Chemical Technology Co., Ltd.

(3) Large-diameter hydraulically driven triple-eccentric all-metal
torque-controlled butterfly valve: leak-free after 2 million cycles of
switching, switching time ≤ 2 seconds, with a maximum diameter of DN1600. This
controlled butterfly valve was independently developed and manufactured by
Chengdu Huaxi Chemical Technology Co., Ltd.

(4) PLC automatic control system: automatic fault tower isolation and
automatic fault tower optimization and recovery technology, adaptive follow-up
pressure regulation technology; high degree of automation; can realize
unattended operation;

(5) High oxygen yield, low load on blower and vacuum pump; Roots vacuum pump
saves 20-30% more energy than water ring vacuum pump;

(6) Low unit oxygen production power consumption and low cooling water
consumption;

Currently, our company's large-scale vacuum pressure swing adsorption (VPSA)
oxygen enrichment unit has a single-series oxygen production capacity of 20,000
Nm3/h (equivalent to pure oxygen). The purity of the product oxygen can be
arbitrarily determined between 50% and 95% O2 depending on different operating
conditions. The comprehensive power consumption of our currently operational
VPSA-O2 oxygen production unit is approximately 0.26 to 0.38 kWh/Nm3O2. The unit
has a trouble-free production cycle of more than two years. The main process
operation data and equipment safety interlocks are all centralized in the main
control room and managed and adjusted automatically by computer. It can even
achieve unmanned operation and remote control, effectively reducing production
management costs and the labor intensity of operators.

In addition, the unit oxygen production power consumption of our oxygen
production equipment is 10% to 50% lower than that of traditional cryogenic
oxygen production equipment, the overall investment is 10% to 20% lower, the
maintenance cost is more than 30% lower, the management cost is more than 50%
lower, and there is no problem of potential damage caused by the accumulation of
organic matter in cryogenic equipment, which can create significant economic
benefits for users.
