Torque Wire Take-Up Machine Launches with Precision Control
Recently, a Torque Wire Take-Up Machine has officially debuted, drawing attention from wire processing industries with its reliable performance and user-friendly design.

It features a 3.8mm flexible shaft. The machine (wire outlet center height 950mm) has a twist release function for high incoming wires and a magnetic powder take-up motor.

Material take-up adopts motor + torque brake to maintain torque, max. torque 50N·m. The spool enables automatic positioning and clamping. A wire oscillator ensures neat winding, matching spool width.

With a white finish, it has mounting holes for floor fixing via expansion bolts. A control circuit allows manual spool clamping and releasing.

Piloted in wire production, it’s praised for stability. It’s expected to boost winding efficiency and quality.
