14-Roller Straightener Debuts for 1-12mm Wires
Recently, a 14-roller straightener designed for 1-12mm wires has been launched, drawing attention from metal processing industries with its versatile performance.
The core unit has 14 rollers of 100mm outer diameter with double-sided adjustment, ensuring precise straightening. It operates at low speed for wires within 12mm. For soft wires, it accommodates 43mm thickness with 160mm roller spacing. It fits steel, copper, nickel, iron and titanium wires.
A hand crank enables easy roller opening/closing, simplifying operation. The whole machine adopts nickel plating, offering rust resistance and a sleek look that integrates well with customers' equipment.
Piloted in hardware and auto parts production, it gains recognition for stability and cost-effectiveness, promising to boost small-to-medium diameter wire processing efficiency.
