Selecting Fixtures Based on Workpiece: Choose appropriate fixtures according to the workpiece's shape, size, weight, and structural characteristics. For regular-shaped and simple-structure workpieces, use universal fixtures; for complex-shaped or mass-produced workpieces, custom-designed fixtures are recommended.
Proper Fixture Installation: Fixtures should be mounted on the welding positioner's worktable, ensuring that the weld seam remains in an optimal position during rotation. The fixture must be securely fastened to prevent shifting or vibration during operation.

Adjusting Positioner Parameters: Set the rotation speed, tilt angle, and other parameters based on welding requirements. During welding, real-time adjustments may be needed to maintain the best welding position for the seam.
Safe Operation: Operators must be familiar with the welding positioner’s control panel and buttons, following standard procedures strictly. Keep personnel away from the working area during operation to prevent accidents.

Pre-Positioning & Clamping: First, use the fixture to accurately position and clamp the workpiece, ensuring no movement during welding. Then, adjust the welding positioner to the initial welding position.
Synchronization During Welding: The fixture maintains positioning accuracy, while the welding positioner moves the workpiece according to preset programs, ensuring consistent weld speed and angle for stable, high-quality welds.
Post-Weld Removal & Cleaning: After welding, return the workpiece to an easy-to-remove position using the welding positioner, then release the fixture. Clean fixtures and worktable from debris and spatter for the next use.
