volume and weight of goods nowadays, most warehouses use heavy-duty shelves.
Although the quality of medium-sized shelves is relatively good, they also need
to be used in a standardized manner, otherwise problems may easily occur. So

Ensure smooth installation of shelves:

Most of the shelves are bracket structures that need to be installed before
they can be used after being received in the warehouse. Calibration must be
carried out during installation to ensure that the four bases of the shelf are
in a stable state without shaking, and must be firmly fixed.

Control the spacing between shelves:

When placing shelves, it is important to control the spacing between them.
The purpose of doing so is to ensure convenient loading and unloading, and to
ensure safety. Because if the spacing is too narrow, it is easy to touch the
shelves when loading and unloading goods. If the collision force is too strong,
it is easy to knock down the shelves. The distance between them should be kept
at least 1.5 meters.

Stack heavy goods on the bottom layer:

When stacking goods, be sure to stack heavy goods on the bottom layer.
Although heavy-duty shelves have good support, if the top layer is heavy and the
bottom layer is light, it is easy for the shelves to overturn. Placing heavy
goods on the bottom layer can make the chassis of the shelf more stable, less
prone to tipping over, and improve the safety factor.

When using heavy-duty shelves, operators must follow the instructions in the
safety manual. If the shelf flips over and damages the goods, it may be a small
matter, but if someone is trapped underneath, it is likely to be a big deal.
