Wheel-Type Electronic Length Counter for Wires & Cables Launches
Recently, a wheel-type electronic length counter tailored for wires and cables has made its debut, drawing attention from the cable manufacturing industry with its wide adaptability and reliable performance.

It fits 1-30mm round and flat wires, meeting diverse processing needs. The iron rollers are 45mm wide with an outer diameter of 159.5mm, and two rotations equal one meter for accurate length measurement.

The standard center height is 700mm/1000mm, customizable per customer requirements. Positioned via derricks on both sides, its wire passing tube and positioning frame are made of 304 stainless steel for durability. Roller spacing is adjustable according to wire diameter, enhancing operational flexibility.

Piloted in cable production lines, it’s recognized for stability and precision. It’s expected to optimize length measurement processes and boost efficiency for wire and cable manufacturers.
